You can be in a room with 100 random women their is a chance that almost all of them are dull. Stick 100 random men in a room and it will be interesting.

One of the reason why the all female BB8 week 1 was dull was because it was all female. An all male week 1 would have been 100% more interesting.

In fact hardly any women are really charismatic that's not to say none are but very few women do have charisma in comparison to men. Women are geared to pride themselves on their looks. Most women want to look good, personality is an afterthought. I reckon most men would rather make their mates laugh and have a personality rather than being good looking. Women's mags are full of fashion and beauty. Men's mags are full of humour, witticisms and banter.

..if you're a male you could be right..that's the most amusing thing I've read today
