At present, I find very few people who will even admit to voting Liberal Democrat for instance but still hold strong views on politics.
I personally wouldn't press them on that as much as Deana did with Sara, as I said she was likely just trying to understand why Sara had those views or came to get them but once Sara said she didn't want to go into that, Deana should have held back.
She should also know too that to get some logic from Sara is a pretty hard thing to achieve anyway.

While I understand your point, the problem I have with it, is that from what I can gather, Sara was the one who started talking about politics and telling everyone for an hour about how opinionated she is about them, but then she refuses to share what her opinions actually are? Why talk for that long on a subject that you're apparently opinionated about but then freak out when someone asks you to share those opinions? Surely if you didn't really want to share your opinions you wouldn't have brought up the topic in the first place
Sara seems to like talking but not having a discussion. A discussion involves more than one person.
