I understand in the past there was a problem with people shouting all the time and that with repeat offenders it's irritating to read, but more than anything, the autocorrect feature this website has is worse.

For example - if I'm creating a thread and quoting a news article, unless I post something underneath the quote all capital letters disappear within the quote.

It's also impossible to post anything that legitimately requires all-capital letters. Acronyms, bands, album titles.

The worst thing about this however is when you try to reply to a celebrity death with "R.I.P." and it comes out as "R.i.p." ****ing appalling

Sort this out right bloody now.
