If it were a generalisation that would just be a bloke stood on a stage mocking the afflicted, not specifically targetting a child due to the fact his mother is not popular with the public.
It was an unwarranted unprovoked attack on a disabled child. You can dress it up anyway you like, call it freedom of speech...call it comedy.
I call it cowardly and immoral, about the furthest away from funny as you can get imo.
