So as many members know, I recently got a job at Disney World.

Well I put in my last day at work and now that's just hell.

I recently got promoted at work it's been a little over a month, i've had the title just not the shirt. (it sounds weirder than it is) Anyways, one of the managers quit roughly 3 weeks ago. She got promoted to manager and then when she asked for a pay raise they said no. So she quit.

Well tuesday I had to sit down with our General Manager and Operator and talk to them about what i was doing and blah blah. Well today I was on break and the GM comes in the back and he writes down a number on a piece of paper and says "How can I get you to stay?" He said they need my leadership and some other stuff icr. So my thing is it felt like he was trying to bribe me to stay. I texted my sister and her response was "that's stupid, they're offering to pay you more when you threaten to leave" and my mom said "take it as a compliment because they know how hard of a worker you are."

I seriously don't know how to take it, I'm offended that they offer to give me a raise-once i leave.
I've been working for the company for five years, and it's time for something new. I'm just confused on how to talk to my gm. My mom's scared that if disney isn't all it's made out to be that i can come home and still have a job.
What should I do? He told me he was going to meet with me again on saturday and talk to me.
Help please?
