Well again, I hope none of the above become widely distributed in the UK at all, it sounds absolutely dreadful to me.
I also have very little respect or faith in anything that comes form Ian Duncan Smith who I am surprised has anything to do with other peoples incomes at all.
Even the Conservative party wouldn't trust him to lead them into an election.

What works in one Country may not work elsewhere, I actually like the idea less after reading the 2 posts above.
Had I not already been opposed to the idea then I for sure would be now after reading that.
Sorry The Truth, we are on very different sides of this issue and I say again, I hope nothing like this is put into practice on a wide scale in the UK.
