There is no doubt it is inconceivable that anyone could kill their own child let alone 3 of them, but until we have some idea of what went on we can't really judge her. Maybe the 4th pregnancy was an accident and he persuaded her to keep it, and then when it was too late to terminate left. She had an 11 month old baby who was most likely still waking up at night for a feed, she would have been tired, wiped out and hormonal and weepy from the pregnancy, and 3 young children, coupled with the stress of her partner leaving so maybe she just snapped and couldn't take any more. Or maybe she was a callous cow who was so jealous of her ex partners new love that she killed her family as the ultimate revenge, I'm leaning towards the former myself but who knows.
