There's nothing wrong with growing old gracefully. Now there's a phrase that's bandied around all the time, but for Zara Hartshorn from Rotherham, its meaning has a lot more significance.
She is just 16 years old, but has a rare genetic condition that has left her skin loose and wrinkly, and as a result, she looks a lot older. Zara inherited the condition from her mum Tracey, who although 43, looks like a pensioner.
Tracey was diagnosed as a child with lipodystrophy, and Zara suffers from the same. But while the illness causes aesthetic problems, potentially serious side effects include diabetes and blocked arteries which could lead to a risk of heart attacks and strokes.
In this documentary, Tracey, Zara and sister Chloe (who doesn't have the condition) all travel to Texas to get cosmetic surgery advice, and chat with a specialist.
The trip throws up plenty of surprises, as Dr Ersek agrees to give Zara (his youngest-ever patient) a facelift, but the women also receive the news that their medical condition isn't what they initially thought - it is in fact a much rarer condition called cutis laxa…
