They've shown very little of her doing much which has happened with other characters before many times in the house for the early weeks. It's been dominated by Dexter, Wolfy and Gina because they have the strongest 'storylines' so far. Sophie, among others like Daley and Sam, need to develop and they have lots of potential to do so, we are only 2 evictions in.
Personality wise, I'm no fan of Dexter, he's morally reprehensible, but yet I find him one of the most compelling housemates I've seen to date, he's got a lot more to him than that and he should write his lifestory, would be fascinating.
I'm digressing now, back to Sophie. Scratch the surface and watch her emerge. I think there's a lot to come from Miss Lawrence. Why just bash her based on one main incident. It's a pressure cooker environment, designed to bring out the worst in all of them.

But it's not one incident, this is simply the most recent. Her running off to the tree house to report to Wolfy whatever gossip she's picked up. Her delight at telling Dan everything she'd heard about Hazel from the 3 who saw the tapes. She's a wannabe stirrer - all the drive, none of the nerve, so she slinks around sniping at people after she hears it from another group (kind of like what she keeps accusing Dexter of doing).
