WHo knows why the dog got out the car? Who knows if the dog was the biggest softy you'll ever come across? Things that are known - 4 police cars, at least three armed police responding to a stand off situation, Cali police carries night sticks too don't they? OK then but I find it amazing that you dismiss my point about the policing in Jamaica as irrelevant cuz it looks like you'd like similar policing in your neighbourhood.
