But then when someone is slapped in the face and they are punished for it do you not enter a grey area?
How is slapping someone hard on the arse, hurting them, different to slapping them in the face or any other body part? It's assault.
Also, it's not just that incident, but pinning her down, grabbing her by the throat and using threatening language with the way he warned her he "would get scary".
