To combat the block voting we see year in year out? It was obvious it was going to happen again this year, the ones who go against the 'main' group being up week in week out. Every year we complain about it. Have they finally listened?
It would be better if they had told us about this change in the rules though..but it seems they have a 2 nominations and you are up rule now. |
