Hi y'all. Anyone here on a healthy eating journey? Raw recipes, smoothies and stuff etc post recipes here.
I liked this smoothie recipe site. http://www.prevention.com/weight-los...othie-surprise I'm also going to try zuchini/courgette as a substitute to pasta and i'll add some raw pasta sauce. there are some good raw recipes out there that look delicious.
