What to do is to make a list of every little thing and take it along and give it to the Doctor. That way you won't forget anything and they can see in a glance things that you feel is wrong.
Doctors are very good, and most them are really good listeners. I find the females ones are better but I have met lots of great male Doctors too.

I went through a really hard time when I left Bristol. My family were really worried about me but I didnt see I had a problem. My mood was horrid, I couldnt coupe and I wouldnt go out of the house. My sister dragged me up to the Doctors but Red told me to make a list of everything that was on my mind and what has been happening. I did and I was so nervous but as soon as I started to open up I just couldnt stop. I thought the Doctor was going to say... "oh your ok.... chin up" but he didnt and basically said that because of the rough time I was having it was my bodies way of asking for help.
I'm now fine, yes I have had to take something to help but only a small dose. It took me 6 months to get myself straight. Now I can go out without panicking I dont skip a heart beat every-time the door goes and I can answer the phone
