Surprising that. I guess then they can see and take a joke and that is really great to see from 'all' of them and not just as to Jim.

Casey jokingly said she would have an affair with Jim, he is married man with a family, over twice her age, again that was a joke, is that okay for her to say.
It is for me for her to say that as a joke just as I find most of what Jim says to Casey the same, banter and jokes,pure and simple.

I warmed to him when he was coming across as the father figure, even Casey's mother commented on it. You can't do that and be making sexual comments the next. You just don't.
