I had 2 convos with Amazon yesterday/today and they are lovely unlike the automatons at ebay.
I had the most lovely irish girl today who I imagine looked like this  who was so unlike a customer service person it was untrue in that she was normal and soooo helpful. This is not the first time Amazon have been great either. Ebay are the opposite  Has anyone had similar good Amazon service? |
