That annoys me,I dislike double standards.

I've spent most of the series defending Helen and people throwing around sexist terminology like '*****' and 'slut and to stop questioning her parenting skills

It's not a one or the other issue and going 'well no one defends this housemate so we can insult another!!!!!!' isn't helping. Nobody should be insulting housemates appearances and that's the bottom line of it. Big Brother is a show about personalities, not the way people look so there shouldn't be any reason why people are talking about that.

This isn't a new thing, this isn't just because it's Ashleigh. I defended Becky a few years ago when she was constantly insulted about her weight, same with Jack and Joe last year. I defended Sam when his disability was mocked (and I couldn't stand him), I defended Gina for the same insults Ashleigh receives. This list goes on. There's just no need for it no matter who it is
