I mean, yes, Tory policies are awful but they're... Tories. It's expected - people who vote for them know (or should know) what they are voting for by now. If I had voted LibDem I would be feeling utterly scammed.

Spot on,I did vote for them and do feel scammed by them.

Nothing they can say to me now will alter the view I now have of why I trusted them and then by their actions once getting any power they threw out that trust completely.

I also agree that likely no party taking power has likely betrayed the trust of their voters so badly as the Lib Dems have these last 4+ years now.
