I'd say the blame lies with the boy and his parents. The health risks and instructions are clearly stated on the front. It's his own fault for misusing it and his parents' fault for not keeping an eye on what supplements their son was taking and what the risks were.
The case will probably get thrown out of court, Amazon isn't to blame here. |
