People feel differently about dogs because PEOPLE have spent hundreds of years working with dogs and so, for companionship, naming them and humanising them. No other reason and nothing intrinsically "special" about dogs over other mammals.

See... Vegans I can understand. I'd never be one but I get it - they just disagree with killing for food. The morals behind it, whilst they are not mine, are logical. But anyone cries that eating a dog is "Evil" whilst tucking into a chicken & bacon wrap, I'm afraid, can't be described as anything but a hypocrite.

Yes but they are Loyal
as we feed them.
