I don't think she even actually means one word of it, she just says the most upsetting things she can think of deliberately, just to get a reaction

Doesn't mean it's ok to say it, and i think she is being horrible by doing it. But i don't think in her head and heart she agrees with what she says, she just says it to be vile on purpose and upset people on purpose.
