i agree. as corny as it sounds... he was literally in the wrong place at the wrong time. nothing to do with race.

have you seen his picture? he doesn't even look black. if i was a racist out to hurt a black person he would not be someone i would target. no one would know he is black unless you were told.

the officer arresting him looks more black than this guy.
