As far as I'm aware there isn't a link to her discussing it because it's not something she's spoken about.
I just think to suggest that someone would lie about having a miscarriage when there's no reason to believe that is a bit... well...
Surely if she was lying about it in order to win then she would have mentioned it in the house at least once?
