Default S

We have a chicken, I'm going to call her S just for this. She's adorable and always comes when you call her name, she was always happy and healthy and was living a good happy life. I also have a cockerel, which I'll call P for this.
S is different to the rest, in fact we think she's transgender, which can happen with chickens and they turn to roosters. She doesn't put up with any ****, let's say that However, the rooster doesn't like this one bit. Especially when she doesn't bow down to him and let him be dominant, this made him really angry. So much so, on Friday afternoon, S was attacked by P and by the time we found her, she was missing an eye, cut, and had lost a lot of feathers. Over the weekend we've been looking after her indoors and her, being the tough little girlie she is, is making a speedy recovery, in fact we're thinking that she'll be able to go back out tomorrow, in her own little hut, kept away from P.
Keep her in your hearts ❤️
