it cud have been a flash foto opportunity like the hundreds that Jeremy from CBB has taken every week....it is possible that Marco wasnt interested enough in her to remember weeks later when they met again in the house...unlikely but not outside the bounds of possibility....she on the other hand would have known exactly who is and remembered
