The reopened investigation concluded confidently that she had been executed by an experienced professional killer, based on the kill method and efficiency, and a few other things but the trail by that point would have been totally cold - if a professional would even have left one to begin with... Its pretty clear though that someone with connections and influence wanted her gone for something she knew, and based on what she was working on its very likely that was someone involved with the BBC. I think it's likely that she knew about a lot of the Saville et al. stuff, years before it all started coming out anyway, but who knows what else she knew. No one ever will, I guess  . Someone made sure of that.

Seems very very fishy indeed
