backtracking LT, your original stance was pretty concrete, you deemed it racism outright because of your assessment of the circumstances making it "obvious", exactly the thing that you have been criticising people for on these threads for days. Your only further backup is that you're taking someone else's word for it... Someone who is not a judge, or jury, or anything to do with the court system, which you have previously stated to be an all-important factor?
