I've seen a few members say they'd like a 'back to basics' BB or a series without any sort of nominations twists whatsoever, but it got me wondering which styles of twist were enjoyable, if any, for those on here. A multiple choice poll, so pick any you like/don't mind.
I'm aware that channel 5 like to make confusing tangled-up versions that incorporate seven of these at a time, so I'll try and split them up accordingly...
And I'm also aware that a lot of these will affect your enjoyment by whether or not it's Vote to Save

eg. I'm sure loads would like Whole House Up twists more if it was VTS but wouldn't want it for the civilian series which are usually VTE. In these circumstances just vote for one if it's a possibility that you'd enjoy (ie. a VTS in this case)
Nomination bans/revokes - housemates get stripped of nomination powers if they break certain rules
Whole House Ups - similar to the nomination bans, only more extreme in that everyone (or everyone bar the one that broke the rule, like Jayne in BB7) faces eviction
Nominations to save - I can't think of a notable example of this, where nominations are flipped and all HMs vote to save one/two of their friends... but I'm sure it's happened?
Secret nominations - A number of possibilities here: a new housemate is able to pick someone through some kind of secret action. Example: Becki Seddiki's Judas Kiss in BB5,
Head of House competitions - Similar to the secret nominations reward, essentially copying the BBUS format though. I think we had this, or a diluted version of it, in BB9?
Face to face nominations - self explanatory
Friends & family nominations - self explanatory
Killer nominations - ie. what has been given to Bear, Speidi, Jale in the past...
Passes to the final - ie. what has been given to Jennie, Helen, James C in the past...
Game of Chance - seen in CBB18 with Chloe/Marnie's eviction wheel, and I'm sure there've been other examples, where theoretically the most safe of the two could still go?
House votes to evict - seen in BB17 with Ryan, BB6 with Vanessa. Public decide the housemates with the fewest save votes/most evict votes and the House take it from there.
Secret rooms - housemates have access to a room with all sorts of rewards and luxuries, sometimes able to spy on other HMs
Secret rooms with fake evictions - Same as above but there's been a fake eviction to decide who gains access to it (see: Michelle and Emma in BB5, Gina and Dexter in BB14)
House next door - Kind of a revolving door task where housemates have to fight for housemate status, and those that don't make it are either evicted (BB7 + 8) or face eviction or lose nomination powers (BB17)
House divides - usually follow the vein of the BB3 rich/poor divide: seen in BB9 (Heaven/Hell) and BB13 (Insiders/Outsiders).
Non-Housemate Tasks - most famous example is BB10 where everyone had to gain housemate status and immunity from the first eviction. BB7's Brotherhood was similar but essentially just reverse-nominations.
Save and Replace - housemates up for eviction can win a task and save themselves/someone else and replace them with anyone they like. Example: Dexter buying himself immunity and putting Sophie up instead in BB14.
Prize Fund twists - oh god there's too many options here. Joel buying pizza, the White room in BB13, Lisa & Sara's golden balls moment in BB9, Jason evicting Lateysha in BB17...
And of course 'other' for some I've probably forgotten...
