Hi forum, haven't been online much the past few days as the wife and I have spent a lot of time with our eldest daughter.
Our eldest daughter came knocking at the door at the end of last week in floods of tears, revealing that her other half had been cheating on her with some other female. My poor daughter was heartbroken and no father wants to see one of his girls so upset. We're all in shock as the man in question has always been a pleasure - we welcomed him into our family with ease. He had been sending inappropriate pictures and texts, and occasionally met up with her for sex. He apparently put a stop it but guilt got the better of him in the end and he confessed last week. It's been a difficult weekend for everyone. My wife and I are there for her but it's difficult to know what to say to her. How to comfort a heartbroken daughter? Hope you've all been well. Ron.
