In case anyone is wondering how little self-awareness Paul has, he closed his monologue with these two lines in particular that made me roll my eyes pretty hard.
"I'm the only vet, how did you guys not all band together and say let's get this asshole out of the game?"
"Before I came in I made a vouch (sic) to myself that I was not gonna be a vet that came back in here with a ****ing cocky attitude."
