I disagree with this in principle because, as mentioned in the article, it amounts to segregating and punishing women for male behaviour. And although it is a minority of 'men' that behave this way it is totally unacceptable.
Maybe we should be asking more questions about what type of men are doing this and why there has been such an increase in this type of behaviour more recently?
If there is sufficient evidence suggesting there is a direct relationship between this behaviour and men from certain 'backgrounds' maybe we can introduce carriages for men from certain backgrounds instead. See how well that goes down!!
