Actually Ruth Davidson would be a likely awesome UK leader.
I doubt it could happen however,she would need a Westminster seat, it would probably now need to have to be in an English constituency.
Due to the English votes for English laws, it would be absurd to have a leader who couldn't vote for the govts policies.
She would be treated with strong suspicion and likely face hostility too from the far Southern English Con intake to Parliament.
