Again with the generalisations about women... you wouldn't say that about good looking men who do well in television. You and many others would
probably suggest it's more to do with talent. It's a shame women can't be seen as having talent without people saying it's because of their looks, or assuming they're offering themselves to the higher-ups. Time has moved on.
