They have played incidents to the housemates before in the house and conversations so it's not a huge leap that they might have shown the rest of them what they showed Ben at the start of the interview.

It's just my theory but it would explain how they seemed to know everything on live feed. Some of the housemates didn't want to speak to her anymore and Hardeep told Ryan he'd been a gentleman or something like that. I can't remember the exact words.
