Oh yes, medical reasons. I remember when a former Chairman of Guinness was freed from prison because he had Alzheimers. And to this day, he's the only person
ever to have recovered from the disease. Now he says he never had the disease at all and yet they've not dragged him back to the pokey. Funny that.
It's all got to do with how much justice you can afford. And I say that as a lawyer.
