Godwin's law makes an appearance in the Big Brother subforum. Who'd have thought it?

They’re allowed to celebrate a win over ****ty production, just as you would have celebrated if ****ty production won over the common sense.
Actually that's not true at all, there have been times in the past where the producers have manipulated or engineered results and the majority of this forum was elated because it was for one of their favourites. When it became clear last series that they were doing the nightly voting update to help save Isabelle, suddenly people were in favour, and have commended that move in the months after the fact. The rigging to save Charley in BB8 is also looked back upon fondly and as something hilarious. When it gets them the result they want (i.e. one that benefits their favourites), people are content with producer manipulation. That's fine, it's the same for me too. What others need to do is just own up and admit that rather than pretending that they're consistent and have always been about fairness

Where did I say people weren't allowed to celebrate? My point was that there was nothing to throw a strop over in the first place. It was clear nothing was going to change, that the "win over production" was going to be obvious, and like I would've done had they actually rigged it, maybe people could just go "fair enough, I was wrong and overreacted" - because they were
