He is being honest with him but he is also teasing him. Cameron should know by now what Lewis is about, Lewis has been there for him putting up with his moods and helping him. I think this lot would be shocked if they found out that Lewis is popular. They all think he's hated, including Lewis himself.

Tbf you can't really complain about Cameron after defending Isabella against Hussain last week, as you rightly pointed out about Isabella, Cameron can spend time with who he wants and Lewis has no right to complain about it.
