He did, but we never even saw the Diary Room convo in which he left. For all we know he didn't even drop a hint to anyone as to why he left, or he was openly telling all the housemates why he left

(on that note, I'm pretty sure the final 6 + Tomasz know what Lewis said to be evicted since it was in a conversation... unless he uttered something awful to himself)
