WWE can barely fill 75% of regular arenas nowadays sadly, whereas All-In was a HUGE success and Cody and co have managed to sell out the G1 supercard show at Madison Square Garden off the back of that without hardly any promo whatsoever and in record sales time.

Gone are the days when you'd have to race to get tickets to RAW/SD! tapings, they can't even give them away it seems.

If not a direct WWE "rival", it certainly feels like the days of the territories again which can only be a good thing for pro wrestling in the long-run.
