no it does not but it does highlight how the internet can and often is judge and jury if people are lazy and do not post correct facts and jump to conclusion before the law has been applied.
The police will always investigate all angles and do not just take peoples word for things - they have to use evidence to save court time and innocent lives being ruined
The whole BLM thing is an excellent example of that. A very dangerous road to go down is trial by youtube as we have seen
