The society we live in today is awful.

It is. No real role models or heroes anymore, just vacuous reality stars with nothing relevant to say. Of all the injustices in the world, why are people so het up because a fat woman is referred to as a fat woman? She's a prime candidate for heart disease, cancer, diabetes. Great role model... No one is het up she is referred to a fat woman, they use it to insult and abuse her, it's disgusting. Everyone knows shes fat but don't need to attack her for being fat. She may be a 'prime candidate' for all of those things so people should be encouraging her and supporting her to loose weight rather than body shaming and bullying her which won't help her at all.

I mean, I don’t think anyone has ever claimed her to be a role model, why would they? Cause she’s not, but if you want more role models in society then you should really be against grown adults being horrible about someone they don’t know just because they can, that’s not something to aspire to either, the world would be a nicer place if people kept their needless vitriol to themselves.

She puts herself on view. This is a forum where we talk about reality TV.... If someone places themselves in the limelight with no talent then she is putting herself up for comment just like BB contestants do. So if that comment is vitriolic? Well... shrug.

I am not contemptuous of her because she's fat. I am contemptuous because she is vacuous, dull, not very bright.
