I thing lodging a complaint against the first guy when she didn't even bother to correct him was unfair. He could have thought she was a cross dresser. Mistakes happen, and instantly wanting people punished for them isn't the best way to educate. With the second guy, if he saw her details then it should have been clear so fair enough on that one. Although I'm also tired of this culture of demanding compensation that's going on nowadays.
