I have met candidates in various coffee shops if their current positions or lack f transport make it difficult to get into our offices for interviews.

Because people rent office space and conference rooms it’s like running a business from costa.

They don’t let tramps sit there all day on a coffee so why should people us the space for work for the cost of a coffee.
