I honestly don’t see what the bloody point is. If you don’t want to relegate anyone in this climate then just cancel the plan of finishing the season. Give Liverpool their title if need be to avoid their meltdown and just be done with it.

That right what the point what are teams playing for sure vold the season have the same 20 teams in the Premier league next season and add 4 from the championship
