Many restaurants and shops offer takeaway and click and collect, no different if you pick it up yourself to having a driver pick it up...its all within the rules :

I was highlighting the fact you missed the point of the thread. ..it wasn't the fact anyone was out, it was that they were out but the media were showing deserted streets.

It seems misleading at best.
