I also dont see the 'She's an attention seeker' argument. I'd like someone who dislikes like her to say specifically why, Not say she's stuck up or an attention seeker but give a specific example of something that she did then explain why it was so out of order for them.

...yeah, I know the media can be quite negative about many celebrities for a specific reason relating to something that’s happening or happened in their life at one particular time..but for poor Meghan, it’s a consistent thing, a common place thing that they slant everything about her into a negative headline and article...even when there’s nothing to slant, they’ll find one...

I think, and it just a theory, that its because she married into privileged life and yet seems, to some observers, to want more.

I think there's an element of 'why isnt she satisfied' with Meghan.
