Klopp said his Ankle was dislocated and had to be put back in to place, that is a best case scenario as he can play in 4 months but a Broken leg/Ankle is usually around 9 months

It was a horrible incident.

Hopefully he'll come back in a few months like you said, and hopefully still playing well.
