The voice of reason
|
The BBC and all such TV broadcast platforms make most of their money from murder. Rarely will a hit drama not be about it. Line of Duty etc.
Why? Because we love to watch them. David Tennant just got a lot of plaudits from his Dennis Nilson one and Martin Clunes starred in one about that taxi driver who hammered girls to death |

It's still fresh in people's heads , it adds another level of raw insensitivity to the whole thing aswell . As mentioned it's been what only 10 years ? since it was revealed what a disturbed creep Savile really was .
Maybe they should have waited longer , and then made sure the victims and people involved were ok with it ? . But as i said is it even necessary to make a drama . |

However distasteful it might be....people will watch it. Just like we watch dramas about serial killers...where often children are involved.
