I watched the vid up until the 3 minute mark, so if I've missed anything explosive, then let me know.

A couple of things that stood out. Firstly she said they asked the police if anything had been reported, but American law is a lot stricter, so if these images were really as the innuendo is saying, then not actually reporting it once you've seen them, has a pretty strong chance of making you an accessory after the fact. See the way she curbed her language? Instead of making any accusations she plays in the grey area of just asking questions?

He dated his dead brothers wife, so I completely understand why a psychologist may have suggested him being in his nieces life through a relationship with her ma, at the time she was dealing with her own grief, may not be a healthy situation for a young teenage girl to be experiencing. Although I'm neither a professional or in possession of all the facts.
