I can only see this working 2 ways - Just accept the absolute fact a biological male has a physical advantage over a biological woman and not allow them to compete. Or the other potential alternative - Work out a handicap for the Trans athlete, maybe staring with a + time or something. I dunno how it could work, but as it stands it's just so unfair on biological women athletes.
Logically, this whole thing is a complete mess. As for combat sports, it should be a firm NO, no matter what. Other sports there's probably some wiggle room.

I'm sorry but women shouldn't have to bunch over and change around our sports or have biological males give us "head starts" at the elite level, it's just so patronising and disrespectful to these women who have worked so hard to get to that level in the first place
